WHAT'S INCLUDED:
1 PROVIDE AN IN-DEPTH VIRTUAL MEETING 2 CREATE A DESIGN PLAN UNIQUE TO YOUR SPACE (INCLUDING A DESIGN BOARD AND FLOOR LAYOUT) 3 SOURCE FINISHES, FURNITURES AND ACCESSORIES THAT FIT YOUR BUDGET 4 PROVIDE A SHOPPING LIST FOR FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES WHICH YOU WILL THEN PURCHASE 5 COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL & PHONE THROUGHTOUT THE DESIGN PLAN PROCESS
Virtual E-Design
After selecting the E-Design option that best fits your needs and scope of work, you will be sent a form to answer with questions that focus directly around your project. Once complete, you will be contacted to schedule an in-depth design consultation that will take place virtually. In preperation for the virtual meeting we will ask you to provide measurements and photos of your existing space, as well as it's possible to request inspiration images for your project. During your virtual meeting, Charis our Designer will go over your needs in detail to ensure we are on the same page. Depending on the scope of work, we maybe able to work with current and or existing furnishings already at play in your space or work up a completely new design.
Following the virtual meeting, the design phase begins!
When the design work is completed you will recieve the end deliverable for your E-Design project.
Which will include:
>A Detailed Floor Plan for your space (where applicable)
> A Design Board Plan
> Shopping List to purchase applicable furniture/accessory pieces including the following:
All Furniture and Accessory selections
(art, rugs, builtcreations, etc)
All Hard and Soft finishes where applicable
(tile, paint colors, window treatments, flooring, etc)
All lighting and hardware
This package includes one round of revisions. If additional revisions are needed, time will be billed at the rate of $100/Per Hr.

KITCHEN $800
This package includes up to 9 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
MASTER BEDROOM $1,100
This package includes up to 15 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
LIVING ROOM $1,100
This package includes up to 15 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
OFFICE $800
This package includes up to 10 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
ENTRY WAY $850
This package includes up to 10 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
BATHROOM $800
This package includes up to 9 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
DINING ROOM $1,100
This package includes up to 11 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
OUTDOOR LIVING AREA $1,100
This package includes up to 11 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
BEDROOM $800
This package includes up to 10 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
SMALL SPACES ( CRAFTROOM - MUDROOM - PLAYROOM ) $750
This package includes up to 8 items including but not limited to: paint colors, wall treatments, furnishings, art, rugs, lighting and accessories.
1 HOUR VIRTUAL DESGIN CONSULT $250
Just need some direction or design advice? This could include general furniture guidance, paint colors, advice for hard and soft finishes, or anything else you may need help with.
keep in mind if this option is selected a shopping list will not be included. Instead will be given more general guidance.
